What we are, and what we are not

VPNs.ph is an independent editorial and comparison site, not a VPN provider or reseller. We don't sell VPN services. We don't take orders and we can't see any account you hold with a provider.

Questions about your own plan or subscription

We can't help with subscriptions, billing, refunds, connection problems or account issues. Please contact the VPN provider directly, using the support pages on its own website or app. They hold your details, so they are the ones who can act on them.

Found a mistake?

If something on a page is wrong or out of date, write to us by post at the address above and mark it "Corrections, vpns.ph". Tell us the page address and what you think should change. If you have an official source, include it. We check each report against the source, and if the page is wrong we fix it and update the date.
